This is probably the worst emergency responder show I've seen. Not even a close attempt a realism. Poor writing, poor acting and ridiculous scenarios.
I mean, taking a truck for a spin without anyone knowing to hook up? Are there only two people on the crew for the fire department? A dispatcher advising thieves? Moving a body from the scene? No apparent safety equipment or standards?I would suggest the Chicago series. Don't even bother with this.

In my opinion, this is an important thing for anyone who is planning to watch this show to know: VERY FREQUENT AND SOMETIMES GRAPHIC DEPICTIONS OF SUICIDE. Even the way they discuss suicide on the show after the fact is inappropriate and frankly harmful. They make it seem like blame should be placed on people who commit suicide and they "don't want to be saved." If we are trying to educate people about suicide, this is absolutely NOT the way to do it. I wish I had known this show would do this before I watched it because as someone who has struggled with her mental health, it made me sick to my stomach. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't stop thinking about it; I was completely distressed and horrified. There are ways to have a conversation about suicide and mental health without such graphic depictions. This show's cast and crew need to be more responsible because it was absolutely terrifying.

Its been awhile since there is a food series other than csi. Every other series that fox throws at you keep failing. This is one of the best series i have ever watched. Even from the beginning of the series till now, it never got boring.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first season of this show. It was heartfelt and funny. I do hope it returns for a second season!
