Console best movie i've ever seen.
AnhartLinkin This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.
AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
Fallen Eye The biggest problem Unforgettable has, apart from everything else that is wrong with it is that, this movie was completely, obviously and utterly mangled in the editing room. The rest of Unforgettable is in that very room somewhere. This movie is chopped and cut and sliced and diced and split and slashed and slit to hell and back, and almost without shame. The luggage bag fell off the car. I guess they forgot to address that. One moment, Julia and David are talking about how Tessa and Lily need to know about the engagement, the next, Tessa and Lily just know, out of nowhere. Guess they forgot to let the viewer know how. Julia returned the engagement ring to David, next thing, she's in trouble for losing it. One moment Ali is there, the next she's not. And David's brewery? Also, when does Julia tell us, or David, what happened to her? Sure, we can figure it out ourselves, but a large part of the story was centered around her never explained past. And oh yes, let's not forget how Julia never told David about how she found out that Lily never saw said man. Forgotten, forgotten, forgotten. Then you have how the suspense was set up. It was so insipid how they went about it.This movie had something, but whatever that is, like I said, it's somewhere on the editing room floor. Also, why is it called "Unforgettable"? If it were called "Porcelain", that would've worked so well I believe. This movie must've been plagued with production setbacks of some sort, because the end result is clearly some kind of gallimaufry. I almost enjoyed it though, I think. 4.5/10.
kevinandmarsha After reading most of the reviews here I chose this film at Redbox as a last resort (since I had a discount code it was only $ .27, I figured why not?); I was not expecting a great movie, and warned my husband in advance. I need not have been concerned. As in all movies, there are a few moments where you want to say to the character, "Just do such and such to resolve this." But overall, the acting, directing, script, setting, story line, filming, etc., was very well done.My husband even commented of his own accord "This is a good film." The bad reviews are simply unfair. Kathryn Heigl portrays a believable character, and shines in a role in which we have never before seen her. Dawson and the other actors portray equally believable characters.Running in the background throughout the film is the idea of how important communication between loved ones is, and the possible consequences of neglecting that aspect of a relationship. If you liked films such as "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle," (DeMornay) and "Single White Female" (Jason Leigh) you will like this one as well.
Ken Adams Some laughable parts: 1. Julia character is hard to like. Girlfriend, spit out what you want to say and stop moping! 2. When the stabbed ex bf saw Tessa, he knew it was her doing that quickly? While in pain! 3. Duh, phone missing, ring missing, watch missing, unknown phone calls. Yet they can't put 2 and 2 together. 4. Dumb police. Like it's hard to believe someone else can create a fake Facebook account? 5. After she was released with doubts from police, they found her at her fiancé ex house, dead, fiancé beaten, and they all of a sudden believe her? 6. And who stabs someone in the leg in own house and drives away? 7. Julia seems to navigate Tessa mansion pretty well, under stress much less. 8. And how did fiancé afford that house in LA!
Gordon-11 This film tells the story of a woman whose ex-husband is about to marry his new fiancee. The beginning scene sets the scene for a great deal of suspense and mystery, but these are not sustained unfortunately. The problem is that the plot is revealed way too early, forty minutes in to be precise. There is little suspense after the plot is revealed. The ending is a little unconvincing, as it would be hard for the main character to explain the state of affairs to the authorities. Overall, it is alright for a brainless watch, but it probably will not captivate you.
