Reviews

UnowPriceless hyped garbage
Afouotos Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
Izzy Adkins The movie is surprisingly subdued in its pacing, its characterizations, and its go-for-broke sensibilities.
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
MartinHafer WARNING: "Dave Foley: Relatively Well" is a very, very adult stand-up act. Not only is the f-bomb dropped repeatedly, but there is LOTS of talk about sex--very graphic talk. It's among the more graphic stand-up acts you can see, actually. I am warning you about this because this is NOT a video to show your kids, mother or Father Jenkins! So, be careful who you invite to watch with you! Now, as for the video itself, I was very surprised to see Foley doing such a routine as he's known mostly for starring in "The Kids in the Hall", "News Radio" and "A Bug's Life". And, in many ways, it ISN'T exactly a stand-up. Much of the time, it sounds more like Foley is working out his own serious emotional issues as he talks--such as the inadequacy of his own sex life, why he hates his ex-wife so much and bad sex. The term 'too much information' often came to mind as I sat and watched this. As for the rest, much of it is funny and some of it is very offensive (deliberately so)--such as his initial talk about homosexuality and God. So, while it has its funny moments, just be careful about this one--it's bound to make many of you very uncomfortable.
