A look at NYC’s gentrification and growing inequality in a microcosm, Class Divide explores two distinct worlds that share the same Chelsea intersection – 10th Avenue and 26th Street. On one side of the avenue, the Chelsea-Elliot Houses have provided low-income public housing to residents for decades. Their neighbor across the avenue since 2012 is Avenues: The World School, a costly private school. What happens when kids from both of these worlds attempt to cross the divide?

Plantiana Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.
Nonureva Really Surprised!
Doomtomylo a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
Bergorks If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.
mbrand19971 I been watching this movie over the last several days and this gives you the insight of Modern New York City especially the families that live in that area of Chelsea. At one time it was a gritty neighborhood which is now transform into a good community thanks to a school called Avenues that is across the Street from the housing projects where the poor folks live. They are the stars of film because they simply have ambitions of wanting to attend the school which sadly it cause $40,000 to attend. For the poor folks this is a opportunity for them to be part of the school that could help them lead to greater successes & plus get their parents out of the housing projects. The star of the film is Rose such sweet child of ambitions I sincerely hope one day will attend Avenues school. She may be nine or 10 now but I'm sure she'll one day attend that school.
