There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

Honestly, I actually enjoyed watching this movie. It's funny, silly, and has a nice message. The joke about suicide is really unnecessary and out of place- especially since this is supposed to be a kids movie- and the scene where Barry and Vanessa were slapping each other was also unnecessary and unfunny. The courtroom scenes didn't make much sense, even if they were the funniest scenes of the film. 6.5 out of 10

I loved this movie! The critics were wrong when it came to reviewing this movie. Jerry Seinfeld as Barry is great. The humor's great, the animation was decent and the story's well written through and through. Seinfeld plays Barry. A bee that still doesn't know what he wants to do with his life yet is ambitious to explore the world on his own. Along the way he meets a New Yorker named Vanessa (Renee Zellweger) who becomes infatuated with him. While exploring the city he discovers the humans are stealing their honey which causes him to file a lawsuit against the people of New York. Needless to say hilarity ensures. Bottomline, it's very underrated and i'd recommend watching it.

Before watching the Bee Movie, I had clinical depression. My therapist recommended this movie to help through tough times. I said "Yeah right, how will a movie about bees help me?" Oh, I was sooo wrong. Ever since watching this movie, it has made me appreciate living more. I have spent more time with friends and family. I now am so confident in my life that I have a job. Thank you Jerry Seinfeld.
