Reviews

Invaderbank The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
Derrick Gibbons An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Roxie The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
carbuff Overall a very good show. Of course it was presented in a pretty sensationalistic manner, but that is what I expected and probably what I would have done myself if I was in charge of making it. The only really stupid thing was presenting the threat of an alien invasion as being a significant one, which I personally find utterly ridiculous, although, no doubt, a few other people are going to disagree. Aliens are one thing I just can't bring myself to seriously consider worrying about for various reasons having to do with pretty basic physics. Similarly, the bit about the miniature black holes was pretty much a waste of time, except that it did help segue into another segment. All things considered, fun and well-put together with very good visuals and competent talking heads.
